ANMAT retiró del mercado un medicamento indicado para prevenir infartos y accidentes cardiovasculares

La Administración Nacional de Medicamento, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) resolvió prohibir la comercialización de un medicamento para prevenir infartos y accidentes cerebro vasculares.

El organismo retiró del mercado un lote de Clopidogrel Rospaw luego de detectar “desvíos de calidad”, según detallaron en un comunicado oficial.

“Se informa a la población que la firma ROSPAW SRL ha iniciado, a solicitud de esta Administración Nacional, el retiro del mercado del producto rotulado como CLOPIDOGREL ROSPAW / CLOPIDOGREL (Hidrógeno Sulfato) 75 MG, comprimidos recubiertos, presentación hospitalaria por 1000 unidades, Lote: 073210 – Vencimiento: 12/2023, Certificado N° 54057”, detallaron.

Se trata de un producto antitrombótico/antiplaquetario, indicado para la prevención de los eventos aterotrombóticos (infartos de miocardio, accidente cerebrovascular y muerte vascular).

La medida fue tomada luego de que se detectaran desvíos de calidad en la identificación de sustancias relacionadas.

ANMAT se encuentra realizando el seguimiento del retiro del mercado y recomienda a la comunidad abstenerse de utilizar el lote detallado del producto.
